Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with identity providers (Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace).
- Hands-on experience with MDM tooling.
- Experience administering and integrating SaaS applications at scale.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar).
- Security-minded with experience implementing corporate security controls.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Service-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Administer identity platforms (SSO, MFA, provisioning) and integrate across the SaaS estate.
- Manage macOS, Windows, and Linux device fleets via MDM, including imaging and compliance.
- Automate onboarding, offboarding, and access management to reduce manual toil.
- Administer and integrate SaaS applications using APIs and scripting.
- Partner with the security team on corporate security controls and endpoint hardening.
- Design self-service workflows to reduce ticket queue dependency.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and improve monitoring and observability.
- Document systems and mentor other IT team members.
