Requirements
- 10–15 years of professional experience in Workday, ERP, HR technology, security, or closely related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Workday’s full suite, excluding Workforce Management.
- Solid experience with Workday security, HR processes, ERP environments, and supply chain processes.
- Demonstrated experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex HR-related security challenges.
- Strong ability to assess complex systems, identify weaknesses, determine root causes, and implement effective improvements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a short-term consulting environment.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent training and knowledge-transfer capabilities, including the ability to explain technical and security concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive security assessment of the Workday platform, reviewing existing configurations, processes, and access controls.
- Identify, document, and analyze security challenges, with particular attention to HR-related processes and workflows.
- Review current Workday configurations, determine root causes of identified issues, and recommend appropriate remediation strategies.
- Implement corrective actions to address security gaps and improve the effectiveness of existing security practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align Workday security processes with organizational requirements and business objectives.
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to relevant stakeholders to promote proper adoption of security protocols and improved processes.
- Support knowledge transfer and process improvement initiatives throughout the engagement.
