Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a data engineer, application developer, or similar technical professional.
- Advanced Python development skills with object-oriented programming and API integration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks including data architecture, SQL, and reporting applications.
- Experience with Databricks Asset Bundles (DABs) for CI/CD deployment.
- Experience with Fivetran or comparable ETL/data integration platforms.
- Knowledge of Anaplan with system architecture experience.
- Experience integrating business applications such as Salesforce, Workday, and Zuora.
- Understanding of CI/CD practices, GitLab, and source-code management.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and ongoing development of the Anaplan environment supporting sales incentive compensation.
- Design, develop, and maintain Databricks data warehouse architecture, including data models and reporting infrastructure.
- Build and maintain Fivetran pipelines that transfer data from Anaplan into Databricks.
- Develop and maintain Python- and SQL-based data pipelines integrating Salesforce, Workday, and Zuora into Anaplan.
- Manage development operations including CI/CD pipeline management and GitLab repository administration.
- Maintain integration workflows in accordance with SOX audit requirements.
- Expand team AI-enabled technical capabilities by integrating AI-assisted development tools.
