Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in commercial contract management, transactional work, or contract negotiation.
Strong knowledge of commercial contract terms and conditions, particularly within the North American market.
Experience with Design-Build, EP, or EPC contracts.
Demonstrated experience negotiating with customers, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Strong understanding of contractual risk, claims, change orders, and dispute resolution.
Experience working within matrix organizations and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English (French is an asset).
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20%, including international travel.
Experience with EP+ projects is preferred.
Familiarity with water treatment technologies is an advantage.

Advise project teams on complex contractual and commercial matters during project delivery.
Lead contract reviews at project initiation and closeout regarding risks, milestones, and claims.
Support EP and EP+ project execution, including subcontractor agreements and flow-down contracts.
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate contractual, financial, and operational risks throughout the lifecycle.
Prepare and lead negotiations for change orders, claims, disputes, and contract settlements.
Manage claims activities, including delay analysis, impact assessments, and documentation.
Interpret contract requirements and provide guidance on rights, obligations, and compliance.
Provide training and support on contract management processes and share lessons learned.
