Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in project management, software implementation, customer success, or technical deployment.
- Experience managing projects through multiple phases from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate operational needs into practical technology configurations.
- Familiarity with GPS, telematics, fleet technology, or connected devices is an asset.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and integration issues.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for concurrent project management.
- Experience delivering technical training and creating enablement documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel for customer implementations and training activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple GPS and telematics implementation projects from initiation through go-live.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Gather and translate business requirements into software configurations and implementation plans.
- Coordinate hardware installation, device activation, and deployment logistics with technicians and partners.
- Deliver hardware installation and end-user training sessions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, sensor integrations, and deployment challenges.
- Develop feature requests and business requirements for internal Product and Engineering teams.
