Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit for project visualization and review.
- Availability to work outside standard business hours when required.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to monitor multiple project-related activities.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Experience with construction management in the retail sector is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Manage and remotely oversee all stages of construction projects across Brazil, including foundations, structures, building installations, climate control systems, finishes, and final delivery.
- Monitor detailed project schedules, identify deviations and risks, and propose corrective action plans.
- Conduct periodic technical inspections and prepare photographic and technical reports documenting non-conformities, physical progress, and outstanding issues.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including designs, contracts, measurements, meeting minutes, and field records.
- Monitor project deadlines, costs, and quality to ensure compliance with the contracted scope and approved plans.
- Maintain active communication with internal engineering, procurement, and planning teams to support efficient approvals and decision-making.
- Apply Lean Construction planning methodologies to improve productivity, minimize waste, and increase execution efficiency.
- Coordinate suppliers and construction companies, promoting effective integration throughout project execution.
- Participate in remote and in-person meetings with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure technical and strategic alignment.
- Promote good construction practices, workplace safety, and quality standards in accordance with applicable ABNT standards and regulatory requirements.
