Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including significant technical leadership experience.
- Deep expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and/or ABP Framework, with strong programming experience in Go and familiarity with TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of gRPC and RESTful API development and modern microservice architectures.
- Advanced experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL Server, as well as NoSQL technologies such as DocumentDB.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and custom CI/CD automation pipelines.
- Experience designing or implementing PAM/IDAM solutions, preferably with platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or HashiCorp Vault.
- Understanding of Zero Trust security models, least-privilege access, identity management, and SCIM integrations.
- Experience establishing or applying structured, AI-assisted software development workflows.
- Strong understanding of observability, distributed systems, reliability engineering, and operational excellence.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, highly available microservices using C#, .NET Core, Go, and TypeScript, leveraging gRPC, REST APIs, and relevant application frameworks.
- Architect and implement enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity and Access Management (IDAM) capabilities using technologies such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or HashiCorp Vault.
- Apply Zero Trust and least-privilege principles to strengthen access controls and security across enterprise systems.
- Develop and integrate SCIM-based identity and provisioning workflows where required.
- Own and improve continuous delivery processes using CI/CD technologies and internal delivery platforms.
- Build comprehensive automated testing strategies, including unit, functional, Playwright end-to-end, performance, scalability, and reliability testing.
- Promote AI-assisted software development workflows and governance using tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot.
