Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive software development experience.
- Proven track record as a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or Lead Architect in enterprise product environments.
- History of making company-level architectural decisions and pitching solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET (ABP framework), Go, gRPC, and TypeScript.
- Experience in database engineering with PostgreSQL and DocumentDB.
- Hands-on expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and SCIM protocol.
- Experience with AWS/GCP cloud platforms and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in continuous delivery pipelines and non-functional testing.
- Experience with automated E2E testing frameworks such as Playwright.
- Experience mentoring senior engineers and leading multi-team initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical vision and architectural decisions for high-throughput, highly available microservices.
- Serve as the primary technical anchor across multiple engineering squads to establish standards and resolve trade-offs.
- Craft and deliver technical pitches, Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), and RFCs to executive leadership.
- Translate complex business objectives into scalable technical roadmaps.
- Architect and write high-performance production code using C#, .NET, Go, TypeScript, and gRPC.
- Design enterprise PAM/IDAM architectures including SCIM integrations and Zero Trust principles.
- Collaborate with data and infrastructure teams to define data architecture and cost-saving infrastructure strategies.
- Participate in incident management and contribute to Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs).
- Champion deployment automation and comprehensive testing including unit, functional, and Playwright E2E.
- Govern AI-assisted coding frameworks and reusable skill libraries.
