Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Proven leadership as a Lead Architect or Senior Staff Engineer in a modern product environment.
- Deep expertise in C#, .NET (ASP.NET Core / ABP Framework), Go, gRPC, and RESTful APIs.
- Advanced proficiency with relational (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (DocumentDB) architectures.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with custom CI/CD automation pipelines.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks, specifically Playwright for E2E automation and load/stress testing.
- Direct experience establishing spec-driven AI development workflows in production teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available microservices using C#, .NET Core, Go, and TypeScript.
- Design and deploy enterprise-grade Privileged Access Management (PAM)/IDAM solutions like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or HashiCorp Vault.
- Own end-to-end continuous delivery using CI/CD pipelines and ensure platform resilience through unit, functional, and Playwright E2E testing.
- Champion the BMAD framework to establish governance for AI-assisted workflows using tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot.
- Build cross-platform services and native desktop applications for macOS, Windows, and Linux.
- Implement robust telemetry, logging, and tracing to monitor system health and ensure SLA/SLO compliance.
- Manage technical debt and refactor legacy components in partnership with Product, Design, and Infrastructure teams.
- Participate in incident management and contribute to Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs).
