Job Details

10+ years of experience in software engineering with a track record of technical leadership.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Hands-on expertise in Java and the Spring ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with C#/.NET and sound architectural judgment.
Production Kubernetes experience, including service design, Helm/GitOps, and multi-tenant SaaS operations.
Experience with distributed-data fundamentals, including partitioning, ETL, and performance tuning.
Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and API-first design.
Working familiarity with Active Directory and Entra ID (LDAP, authentication protocols).
Strong documentation skills, including the ability to author RFCs and design documents.
Experience reasoning about Windows-centric on-premises products and migration constraints.

Own technical decision-making for supported teams, including evaluating frameworks, datastores, and infrastructure strategies.
Shape platform-level architecture, including Kubernetes deployment, Kafka messaging, and multi-tenant data models.
Serve as an embedded architecture partner to review technical designs, code, and RFCs for .NET product teams.
Mentor engineers and raise the bar on engineering standards such as GitOps, observability, and supply-chain security.
Define realistic migration paths for scaling established on-premises products to SaaS environments.
Produce architecture artifacts like C4 diagrams and design reviews, and present trade-offs to leadership.
Design and build microservices for the SaaS platform using Java, Spring Boot, and .NET.
Turn recurring solutions into shared libraries and tooling for team adoption.
