7+ years of professional software quality assurance experience.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test design, and risk-based testing.
Hands-on experience testing native or cross-platform iOS and Android applications.
Experience testing REST APIs and backend services.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
Experience developing or improving test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
Knowledge of accessibility testing and WCAG (e.g., Axe, Lighthouse, screen readers).
Experience with defect tracking and test-management tools like Jira in an Agile environment.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional quality and process improvements.
Experience mentoring colleagues and developing QA capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.

Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Analyze requirements and architecture to create comprehensive, risk-based testing strategies.
Define and improve QA standards, practices, and documentation.
Perform manual and automated testing across web and mobile platforms.
Develop and advance test automation standards and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
Test REST APIs and backend services for reliability and correctness.
Identify, document, and track defects, leading root cause analysis.
Communicate release readiness and technical tradeoffs to diverse audiences.
Mentor team members to strengthen quality capabilities and shared ownership.
