Job Details

10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in fleet maintenance, automotive, transportation, EV, AV, or complex multi-site environments.
Demonstrated experience leading large, geographically dispersed organizations through multiple layers of management.
Strong operational and financial acumen, including management of KPIs, budgets, productivity metrics, and P&L performance.
Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance operations.
Proven ability to build high-performing teams, develop leaders, and establish accountability.
Strong customer orientation with the ability to balance customer expectations and financial objectives.
Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and scaling environment.
Experience leading operational change, new market launches, or implementation of new technologies.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively, approximately 50–75%.

Own day-to-day field operations across the AV/EV segment.
Lead, develop, and hold accountable Senior Managers, Regional Managers, Fleet Managers, technicians, and other field personnel.
Drive operational performance across safety, quality, customer satisfaction, fleet availability, and financial targets.
Establish and manage operational KPIs, technician utilization, repair-order performance, and customer SLAs.
Partner with Recruiting and Training on workforce planning, hiring, and leadership development.
Lead operational execution for new customer launches, market expansions, fleet ramps, and deployment of new vehicle platforms.
Maintain financial discipline across labor, overtime, travel, inventory, and overall P&L performance.
