Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a techno-functional role combining business analysis and SAP data architecture.
- Demonstrated experience with SAP HANA or S/4HANA implementations, particularly within Logistics and Supply Chain modules.
- Strong understanding of SAP HANA data architecture and the differences between ECC and HANA/S/4HANA data models.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, validation, and verification of business logic.
- Experience designing reporting solutions and data models for enterprise analytics platforms such as Tableau, SAP HANA, MS SQL, and Teradata.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain operations and the ability to translate functional processes into data and analytics requirements.
- Knowledge of aerospace transactional part processes, including traceability, configuration management, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with the SCOR model and its application within enterprise resource planning and supply chain environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps and develop practical technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and map complex aerospace supply chain processes and transactional part lifecycles to enterprise analytics architectures.
- Lead the transition of reporting requirements toward HANA and S/4HANA architectures.
- Evaluate how technology and architectural changes affect existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Translate functional business requirements into detailed technical specifications for SAP HANA models, MS SQL, and Teradata.
- Conduct gap analyses between current-state processes and future-state system logic.
- Identify opportunities to harmonize and enhance semantic layers across business units.
- Design logical architectures for Tableau dashboards to align with business logic and SAP HANA data.
- Perform SQL-based technical validation of data models and development outputs.
- Collaborate with SAP process experts and technical developers to resolve data integrity issues.
- Support data and analytics solutions for Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (PTP) workflows.
