Job Details

Professional proficiency in German and English, with the ability to communicate confidently with German-speaking stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple events, deadlines, vendors, and deliverables simultaneously.
Proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to independently identify opportunities and own execution.
Hands-on mentality to manage all aspects of event delivery from small logistical tasks to hosting.
Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented when managing change or unexpected issues.
Strong project management, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships across teams and partners.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Own the event calendar from initial research and evaluation through planning, execution, lead management, and post-event follow-up.
Research and source relevant HR, People, Mobility, and industry events across Germany, the DACH region, and Europe.
Manage multiple events simultaneously, coordinating timelines, vendors, booth logistics, promotional materials, and travel.
Plan and deliver proprietary events such as roundtables, breakfasts, dinners, and meetups, including venue selection and on-site hosting.
Manage webinars and digital event programs in collaboration with partners and customers.
Drive event attendance and lead generation through pre-event outreach and structured lead handovers to Sales.
Prepare internal teams for events through briefings, materials, and schedules.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and leadership to align event activities with broader go-to-market priorities.
