- Solid portfolio of work.
- Confident working in Adobe After Effects.
- Understanding of composition, typography, color, and animation principles.
- Ability to work effectively with briefs and references.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative production environment.
- Motivated to grow professionally and take on more responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Create short-form video ads for performance marketing campaigns based on briefs, references, and creative concepts.
- Create animations using typography, UI elements, graphics, product assets, and other visual materials.
- Adapt and iterate creatives for different concepts, formats, audiences, and placements.
- Independently handle standard creative production tasks.
- Work closely with Creative Marketing Managers and other Motion Designers.
- Implement feedback and continuously improve the quality and speed of your work.
- Analyze references and advertising trends to develop your visual and creative skills.
- Participate in creative discussions and contribute your own ideas.
