Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience or equivalent combination of advanced education and experience.
- Life sciences degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrable experience developing JCA submissions, HTA submissions, GVDs, and value propositions.
- Experience managing and/or mentoring writers.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and bibliographic software such as EndNote.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to assimilate complex information quickly and accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Act as designated lead writer for evidence-based, fully referenced market access content.
- Manage team workload, project deliverables, and execution across concurrent workstreams.
- Develop diverse deliverables including JCA and HTA submissions, Global Value Dossiers, AMCP dossiers, and value proposition slide decks.
- Lead business development activities, including proposal writing and client pitches, with a £350,000 annual target.
- Ensure client deliverables meet quality standards through rigorous writing, editing, and quality control.
- Mentor junior and mid-level writers to support professional growth and high performance.
- Collaborate with HEOR, access strategy, health economics, and project management teams.
