Requirements
- Extensive experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT or similar).
- Proven track record of building and deploying AI products.
- Expertise in prompt engineering for specific outcomes and use cases.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Expertise in integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
- Familiarity with speech-to-text/text-to-speech tools like Whisper, AWS Polly, or Google Speech-to-Text.
- Experience developing and deploying scalable AI systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Fluent English.
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy scalable AI products leveraging LLMs to support Yuno’s payment orchestration platform.
- Develop and optimize prompts to ensure high-quality outputs from LLMs for customer service, fraud prevention, and payment assistance.
- Design, test, and iterate prompts to achieve optimal performance for AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into existing payment systems and workflows.
- Stay updated on advancements in LLMs, prompt engineering, and related AI fields.
- Leverage payment and user interaction data to fine-tune AI models and improve product performance.
