Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development (PoC to production)
- 5+ years of experience with building applications in Python
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks and tools (LangChain, LangGraph, RAG)
- Experience designing AI solutions architecture
- Fluent English (min. C1 level)
- Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Azure ecosystem (nice to have)
- Experience with evals & systematic LLM testing (nice to have)
- Cloud-native deployment experience: CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform (nice to have)
- Working knowledge of German (B2 level) (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Design AI solution & system architecture
- Develop and deploy AI applications (e.g. conversational agents, classification+automation systems)
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot data and NLP pipelines
- Act as trusted advisor: translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
- Support technical presales: solution design, implementation approach, and a delivery plan
