Requirements
- Experience in configuring and maintaining marketing analytics for e-commerce and B2B/B2C projects (GA4, GTM, DataLayer).
- Experience in implementing and optimizing tracking (events, Enhanced Ecommerce, pixels, conversion APIs).
- Ability to work with and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving complex analytical issues.
- Ability to conduct analytical audits and translate findings into business recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Proficiency working with DataLayer.
- Familiarity with marketing platform interfaces for conversion and analytics configuration.
- Basic knowledge of BigQuery, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate analytical requirements to developers.
- Strong self-organization, task management, and punctuality.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain analytics (GA4, GTM, DataLayer) in e-commerce and B2B/B2C projects.
- Implement and verify standard and custom events to ensure data accuracy.
- Deploy and configure marketing tracking tags (Google ADS, Meta ADS, TikTok ADS, LinkedIn ADS).
- Conduct analytical audits and prepare actionable insights and recommendations.
- Test implementations (GTM, GA4, user paths) to ensure correctness before deployment.
- Collaborate with developers by defining analytical requirements and verifying implementations.
- Configure and analyze Consent Mode impact on data and attribution.
- Diagnose and resolve analytical issues such as data drift, missing events, or misattributions.
