Job Details

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the gaming industry with direct Art Production experience.
Direct experience managing teams of 2D/3D artists, animators, concept artists, or VFX artists.
Deep practical knowledge of the game asset and animation creation process.
Proven experience in workload planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for production tracking.
Expertise in project management and time-tracking tools like Jira.
Familiarity with animation pipelines, skeletal animation, rigging, Spine, and VFX.
Proficiency in using Claude and other AI-assisted tools.
Ability to have direct, transparent communication regarding project delays and specifications.
Fluency in Polish (working language) and English at B2 level or higher.
Nice to have: Previous experience as an artist or animator before transitioning to production management.

Manage daily production of graphics and animations for a team of 40–50 people.
Plan artist and animator workloads and allocate resources across multiple parallel projects.
Create and control production schedules from concept through final asset and animation delivery.
Manage production budgets, hourly estimations, and project staffing requirements.
Monitor individual and task-level productivity, comparing estimated versus actual time spent.
Identify bottlenecks, resolve delays, and adjust project priorities or team allocations accordingly.
Report regularly on project KPIs, including hours per game, asset costs, and budget adherence.
Improve production pipelines and processes to optimize delivery.
Collaborate with the Art Lead to ensure creative direction aligns with operational, budgetary, and scheduling goals.
