Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of commercial experience.
- Very good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Practical experience with Dialogflow.
- Very good knowledge of Python.
- Experience in Conversational AI, LLM, or GenAI areas.
- Experience in building AI agents.
- Knowledge of API integration and backend systems.
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level for professional communication.
- Experience with Gemini, Vertex AI, CCAI, or CXAS (nice to have).
- Knowledge of RAG architectures (nice to have).
- Experience with Terraform and CI/CD (nice to have).
- Experience integrating with Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Salesforce, or Zendesk (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents utilizing Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX), Gemini Models, and CXAS.
- Migrate existing conversational AI solutions to modern generative architectures.
- Implement features such as Generative Knowledge Assist, AI Coach, Live Translation, and Conversational Insights.
- Integrate AI agents with contact center platforms, CRM systems, and backend services.
- Design and develop solutions based on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Create and optimize prompts and orchestration layers for LLM models.
- Maintain GCP environments, CI/CD processes, and infrastructure as code.
- Monitor performance, response quality, security, and efficiency of AI agents.
