Requirements
- Several years of hands-on quality engineering experience with senior-level ownership.
- Experience building and maintaining end-to-end test suites in Playwright.
- Proven experience testing APIs and backend services.
- Strong understanding of or experience with AI-powered applications, LLMs, or machine learning systems.
- Familiarity with AI testing challenges, including prompt engineering, model bias, hallucinations, and AI safety principles.
- Ability to balance product-focused thinking with technical depth.
- Analytical mindset capable of defining quality standards for non-deterministic outputs.
- Fluent English for daily collaboration.
- Polish language proficiency is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Quality Engineers to implement and improve test automation strategies across the Tellent Intelligence domain.
- Partner with developers and AI engineers to embed quality early in the development lifecycle.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and automated suites across frontend, backend, and AI-powered functionality.
- Define quality expectations and testing strategies for non-deterministic AI systems, including evaluation datasets and benchmarks.
- Validate prompt changes, AI agent behavior, and safety guardrails to ensure reliable and responsible AI experiences.
- Continuously improve AI quality metrics and testing frameworks.
