5+ years of full stack Java experience (Java 8 or higher) in complex enterprise software.
4+ years experience with modern front-end frameworks, preferably React.
Experience with MVC, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience designing, implementing, and consuming RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations.
Proficiency with data modeling and database design, including strong SQL skills.
Demonstrated experience leading and participating in incident response, root-cause analysis, and postmortems.
Prior experience with Git, Tomcat, and modern CI/CD pipelines (including Docker containers and Kubernetes).
Experience with responsible usage of AI coding assistants.
Bachelor’s in Computer Science preferred.
Experience building AI agents and skills is a differentiator.
Experience with GoLang is a differentiator.

Evaluate product and technical requirements, provide effort estimates, identify risks, and propose implementation approaches.
Design, implement, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and performant product functionality.
Collaborate with Product Management to review designs, present prototypes, and iterate on solutions.
Take ownership of features or services across the full lifecycle, from design through deployment, monitoring, and support.
Contribute to technical and functional innovation by identifying opportunities for improvement in architecture, tooling, and development practices.
Perform thorough code and design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
Ensure software meets established quality standards through testing and adherence to best practices.
