Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in project management.
- 3+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services (Asset Servicing experience is a plus).
- Background in advisory or consulting (required for Target Operating Model focus).
- Expertise in Tax or regulatory operational requirements and Master Data Management (for Profile 1).
- Strong background in Target Operating Model design, process mapping, SLA definition, and operational change (for Profile 2).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word).
- Fluent English (C1+ required, written and spoken).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to turn complex operational topics into clear, actionable plans.
- PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
- French language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead assigned program streams to meet target milestones, including vendor RFIs, platform rollouts, and regulatory readiness initiatives.
- Drive cross-business alignment across Custody, Fund Accounting, and Transfer Agency stakeholders.
- Apply Agile methodologies to ensure continuous value delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish, monitor, and report on key program metrics and KPIs to senior management.
- Embed subject-matter governance, standardized controls, and data management into daily operations.
