Requirements
- Experience in end-to-end software project management.
- Practical knowledge of release management.
- Understanding of SDLC.
- Ability to engage in substantive technical discussions with technical teams.
- Ability to anticipate technical consequences without performing architectural design.
- Experience working in multi-product and multi-team environments.
- Experience in highly regulated sectors with high security requirements (e.g., fintech, payments, transactional systems).
- Expertise in security, compliance, and system uptime requirements.
- Competence in capacity planning, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and cost control.
- Proficiency in collaborating with Product Owners, Dev, QA, DevOps, Delivery, and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Lead software initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Manage roadmaps, release planning, and version control.
- Coordinate deployments and dependencies across teams and products.
- Conduct refinement, sprint planning, error triage, and backlog governance.
- Ensure release readiness and compliance with regulatory and system integrity requirements.
- Manage risks, including database changes, integrations, compatibility, and configuration.
- Perform capacity planning, WBS allocation, and cost/budget control.
- Report status and risks to stakeholders.
