Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager (software house environment preferred).
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficiency with supporting tools including Jira and Confluence.
- Proven track record of delivering web or mobile application development projects.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to discuss architecture, technical concepts, and estimations with developers.
- Outstanding self-organization and assertiveness.
- Strong conflict-resolution and empathy skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (C1 level).
- Fluency in Polish (C1 level).
Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects end-to-end from conceptualization and discovery through to deployment and closure.
- Maintain day-to-day communication with international clients, provide progress reports, and manage expectations.
- Facilitate Agile project events and ensure smooth workflow within development teams by removing blockers.
- Define and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure goal adherence.
- Identify potential project risks, manage scope changes, and ensure high-quality delivery.
