Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working as a Project Manager or relevant.
- Hands-on experience working as a Data Engineer or relevant software experience.
- Experience working with Agile methodology.
- Strong understanding of programming languages like Python and SQL.
- Background experience on ETL and orchestration.
- Clear understanding of Data processes such as ETL/ELT.
Responsibilities
- Provide management of data infrastructure for all major modeling projects.
- Manage requirements for data enhancements needed to improve analytics and data processes.
- Take a leadership role in special data and analytical projects.
- Negotiate and set priorities with IT and BI resources to align projects with company goals.
- Develop expertise in new data mining tools and technologies and train team members.
- Manage business certification of all analytic related data projects.
- Manage assigned direct reports and function as a data/code trainer.
- Manage nearshore and offshore teams.
