Requirements
- Advanced/Fluent English (C1 or above)
- Advanced/Fluent Spanish (C1 or above)
- Solid experience in data architecture design and technical leadership
- Solid experience designing, developing, and deploying pipelines, data lakes, data meshes, and other data products
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, or similar)
- Experience with data pipeline orchestration and workflow automation
- Solid experience translating business problems into data solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead the team technically, enabling data scientists and data developers to build, enhance, and maintain data products across the engagement.
- Participate in design and architecture discussions, defining solutions that follow security and performance best practices.
- Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into viable technical solutions by selecting appropriate frameworks and approaches.
- Communicate directly with client team members to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Collaborate with strategy, customer experience, product, and non-technical program management teams.
- Guarantee a stable and productive development environment for the team.
- Participate in data assessments and complex data modernization engagements, identifying priorities that deliver incremental value.
- Maintain direct connection with CI&T's data practice, contributing to and drawing on shared expertise.
