Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data architecture.
- 2+ years of experience designing on Salesforce Data 360.
- Proven experience with consumption-cost reduction on a live Data 360 implementation.
- Understanding of Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud activation mechanics.
- Expertise in Data 360 components: data streams, DMOs, identity resolution, calculated insights, and zero-copy federation.
- Proficiency in enterprise data modeling and master data management.
- Experience with cloud warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or Redshift.
- Knowledge of data governance and privacy frameworks including GDPR and CCPA.
- Professional English proficiency for leading stakeholder conversations.
- Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant certification (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Salesforce Application or System Architect certification (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design canonical data models and mapping strategies across CRM, ERP, warehouse, and event sources.
- Own identity resolution design, including match rules, reconciliation, and unified profile definitions.
- Decide ingestion strategies versus zero-copy federation for Data 360.
- Design segmentation, calculated insights, and activation paths for Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Define grounding architecture for Agentforce, including data-freshness and retrieval sources.
- Implement privacy by design for consent, retention, and residency compliance.
- Model and monitor Data 360 credit consumption to drive cost reduction.
- Establish and oversee data governance, lineage, quality thresholds, and production change control.
- Provide executive-level guidance and technical leadership for data and Agentforce architects.
