Requirements
- Experience as CISO, Deputy CISO, or Head of Security at a high-growth technology company.
- Deep technical understanding of cloud, identity, endpoint, application, and infrastructure security.
- Proven experience securing cloud-first environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency with identity/device management platforms like Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience managing incident response, vulnerability management, and third-party risk.
- Demonstrated success building security assurance and compliance programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP).
- Understanding of security risks related to generative AI and autonomous agents.
- Practical operating style with the ability to balance high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication skills for technical teams, executives, board members, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Set company-wide security strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive critical assessments, control design, and incident response while building a security team.
- Manage security risks across identities, endpoints, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and software supply chains.
- Embed security into the software development lifecycle through threat modeling and architecture reviews.
- Establish core controls for data protection, access management, and configuration management.
- Lead compliance programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP) and handle customer security diligence.
- Develop security policies and employee education regarding data privacy and AI tools.
