Requirements
- Experience in a Talent, Learning & Development, Organisational Development or similar role.
- Proven track record of delivering effective people development initiatives.
- Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development solutions.
- Ownership of development programmes from concept through to evaluation.
- Strong understanding of learning design, talent management, succession planning, and career development practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to build credible relationships with managers and leaders at all levels.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Creative, learner-focused, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to use data and insight to demonstrate impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Biffa’s Accelerate career development programmes.
- Design and facilitate workshops, learning events, and other development interventions.
- Partner with business leaders and People teams to support talent reviews and succession planning.
- Provide expert advice on talent development, learning interventions, and career pathways.
- Manage programme logistics, learner engagement, and stakeholder involvement.
- Design learner-centred solutions using facilitated, digital, social, coaching, and experiential approaches.
- Measure participation, knowledge transfer, and business impact using data and feedback.
