Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of industry experience with depth across both frontend and backend development.
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend development including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Proficiency in backend development using Python and Django, including API design and data modeling.
- Experience designing and operating backend systems at scale, including databases, caching, and queuing.
- Experience building and operating production applications using both server-side and client-side rendering.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including testing, code reviews, and observability.
- Experience working in cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or LLMs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Design to define, build, and evolve user experiences across the full stack.
- Own and evolve both frontend and backend architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and accessibility.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend systems using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Design and build robust backend services and APIs using Python and Django.
- Establish and uphold full stack engineering standards, patterns, and CI/CD best practices.
- Drive cross-team technical initiatives and mentor engineers across disciplines.
- Define and monitor full stack performance, reliability, and user behavior metrics.
