Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, ideally within an early-stage startup.
- Expert-level skills in Python, SQL, TypeScript/JavaScript, and CSS.
- Deep experience with modern React, MaterialUI, and Tailwind CSS.
- Prior experience working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, fintech).
- Strong understanding of HIPAA/PHI security requirements.
- Ability to navigate technical ambiguity and ship practical solutions to workflow bottlenecks.
- Problem-solver who prioritizes iteration and business impact.
- Experience with AWS and IaC (AWS CDK, Terraform) strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable features across mobile web platforms using React and Python.
- Develop AI-native workflows to automate internal administrative tasks and member summaries.
- Own the stability and performance of the production environment, utilizing Datadog for monitoring.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance for protected health information (PHI) within the production environment.
- Set high standards for code quality, testing methodologies, and deployment automation.
- Partner with Product, Data, and Clinical Ops teams to translate healthcare workflows into technical solutions.
