Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and operating high-quality, consumer-scale services.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience prompting, evaluating, and building with LLMs.
- Full-stack proficiency spanning backend services (Spring Boot, Java, Kafka) and mobile (iOS Swift/Android Kotlin).
- Deep experience with agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and context window management.
- Strong track record of using AI tooling for development, testing, and codebase navigation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong sense of ownership from initial code to production and on-call support.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Ship end-to-end across the stack—from backend services and APIs through to the iOS and Android surfaces.
- Work with AI (e.g., Claude Code) as a collaborator to orchestrate agents for specs, results, and reviews.
- Define and codify AI-Native engineering practices and playbooks for the broader team.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to turn user problems into scalable engineering solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
- Mentor team members and evolve the team's technical standards.
