Requirements
- 2–3+ years of professional video editing experience in a commercial or production environment.
- Strong practical experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro (primary platform).
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and template-based design.
- Ability to demonstrate relevant real estate and/or architectural video editing work through a portfolio.
- Experience with multi-asset production workflows and post-production pipelines.
- Strong visual judgment regarding pacing, color, composition, and realism.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
- Reliable computer equipment and stable internet connection.
- Willingness to work according to Australian business requirements and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble high-volume real estate and property video content.
- Perform color correction, grading, and exposure balancing for a consistent look.
- Design and animate motion graphics elements, including site outlines and title sequences.
- Sync footage to music and voiceover while managing pacing and rhythm.
- Maintain strict file management, naming conventions, and version control procedures.
- Conduct final quality-control checks before job submission.
- Participate in daily morning check-ins with the Australian team.
