- Ability to work independently while syncing with a global team.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are a bonus.
- Short-form video editing skills (TikTok/Reels) are a bonus.
- Past experience moderating online communities is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day server moderation to ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and safe community.
- Nurture daily conversations, answer student queries, and maintain a vibrant atmosphere.
- Recruit, coordinate, and support student gaming reps or sub-moderators to drive local engagement.
- Plan, organize, and host interactive Discord-based events, game nights, and voice-chat hangouts.
- Brainstorm novel digital event formats that appeal to diverse student demographics.
- Write practical, creative event guides for the Live Your Best Life (LYBL) framework.
- Translate student trends and online culture into actionable community initiatives.
- Track server analytics and compile performance reports to evaluate success.
- Create graphics, posters, and short-form videos to promote events.
