Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong, demonstrated expertise in Flutter/Dart
- Comfort working full-stack across backend services and APIs
- Strong software architecture and design skills
- Demonstrated experience consuming and collaborating on REST and GraphQL APIs
- Product-minded approach to rapid prototyping and feature delivery
- Hands-on experience directing agentic coding tools and workflows
- Strong debugging and performance-optimization skills
- Experience using observability and monitoring tools like Sentry or Datadog
- Exceptional communication skills for leading technical discussions
- Track record of mentoring engineers
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and ship high-quality Flutter applications across iOS and Android
- Help shape mobile architecture and establish the patterns and standards the team builds on
- Collaborate with backend engineers on shared REST and GraphQL APIs
- Partner with product and design to prototype ideas rapidly and turn them into maintainable features
- Use and direct AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code and MCP to accelerate workflows
- Maintain technical consistency and context across multiple product areas
- Contribute to code reviews and mentor other engineers
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues using tools like Sentry and Datadog
