Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web product management, digital experience, or web strategy.
- Direct ownership experience of a roadmap for a high-traffic marketing site.
- Proven experience owning and localizing web experiences for multiple international markets.
- Track record of executing a web experimentation program, including standard-setting and analysis.
- Working knowledge of web analytics and experimentation tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Tableau.
- Technical SEO and AEO foundation with international considerations.
- Experience working with engineering on modern web stacks (CMS architecture, component systems, performance).
- Executive communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Experience building and integrating AI workflows or agents into development processes.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and roadmap for Samsara's regional websites across MX, CAN, and EMEA markets.
- Define success metrics, targets, and reporting for regional web performance.
- Partner with cross-functional pods including design, engineering, content, and regional marketing.
- Build and execute the experimentation program, including CRO, testing, and personalization.
- Drive successful AEO and SEO strategies in collaboration with content marketing teams.
- Identify and deploy AI use cases to improve site product management and development.
- Lead complex regional web initiatives and site redesigns from concept through post-launch.
- Communicate web performance and roadmap progress to leadership and regional stakeholders.
