Requirements
- 10+ years experience in a leadership role with management of at least 3 direct reports and 10+ total team members.
- 3+ years experience working at a law firm or in a consulting/coaching capacity for law firms.
- Experience creating and managing operations for a company with at least $5M in annual revenue.
- Experience managing company budgets.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft programs.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and self-starter mindset.
- Ability to advise on strategy based on operations, technology, and financials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in sales.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRMs, CMS, intake software, and accounting software.
- Ability to travel as needed for client visits and quarterly workshops.
- EOS Integrator experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work with multiple law firms as a COO on a fractional basis by acting as the right-hand to firm leadership.
- Provide advice and strategy input for clients on all aspects of their business.
- Develop and streamline operational processes.
- Assist in establishing reports and KPIs.
- Act as an accountability partner, mentor, and knowledge sharer for client firms.
- Communicate the service to potential clients through sales.
- Present and assist at workshops, events, and weekly sessions as needed.
