Requirements

- Experience with ETL data pipelines, data mapping, and transformation.
- Strong technical fluency with an interest in understanding system architecture.
- Evidence-driven mindset with experience conducting user discovery and data analysis.
- Proficiency with AI tools to support product workflows, documentation, or prototyping.
- Proven success managing senior-level stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in SaaS product management, particularly with internal tooling or enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with SQL or similar query languages for data investigation.
- Understanding of data modeling, including schemas and dataset relationships.
- Knowledge of SIS data, interoperability standards like OneRoster, or rostering platforms (e.g., Clever, ClassLink) is a plus.
- Experience with product discovery methods such as user interviews and prototyping.
Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of the data ingest ecosystem, data operations, and downstream product workflows.
- Establish high-trust relationships with cross-functional partners in DevPro, Engineering, and Data Operations.
- Drive product learning through user research, data analysis, and hypothesis validation.
- Lead product execution from idea to launch, raising risks and managing dependencies.
- Develop a clear point of view on ingest opportunities and influence senior stakeholders through product pitches.
- Ensure effective go-to-market delivery by enabling internal teams on new releases.
- Anticipate technical and organizational tradeoffs to identify future ingest investments.
