Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, software development, or DevOps.
- Practical knowledge of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD tools.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Experience in building and implementing AI/ML solutions or process automation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively at the intersection of business and technology.
- Knowledge of IT security and data processing in regulated environments.
- Strong analytical skills for process analysis and identifying automation opportunities.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including parameterization and environment hardening.
- Programming skills in Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience in regulated sectors like finance.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
- Relevant Azure or DevOps certifications.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions supporting business processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization using AI.
- Integrate AI models with existing business systems and applications.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions.
- Manage and deploy solutions within Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on deployment automation, monitoring, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Ensure solution compliance with security requirements and regulations such as GDPR and the AI Act.
- Optimize performance and infrastructure costs for AI solutions.
- Create technical documentation and standardize processes.
