Requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial software development experience, preferably in a full-stack role.
- Advanced knowledge of Git.
- Practical experience with code testing and familiarity with CI/CD processes.
- Hands-on, day-to-day experience working with a coding agent in a terminal or IDE, such as Claude Code, Codex CLI, or Cursor.
- Proven experience building AI infrastructure in a software project, including agent configuration, project description, architecture, and custom skills.
- Experience with MCP integrations with tools such as Jira, GitHub, databases, or documentation.
- Experience with AI agent patterns such as orchestrator, subagents, loop, graph, and stop-gates.
- Ability to identify low-quality AI-generated code and propose configuration changes.
- Knowledge of context engineering and token usage optimization (nice to have).
- Understanding of agent security practices, including prompt injection prevention and sandboxing (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Develop applications as an experienced member of the project team.
- Design and maintain AI infrastructure in project repositories, including agent configuration, project context, architecture guidelines, and coding conventions.
- Create multi-step workflows involving AI agents, including orchestration, subagents, loops, and human-in-the-loop approval points.
- Assess the quality of AI-generated code and iteratively improve agent configuration based on observed outcomes.
- Introduce and maintain standards for working with AI across development teams as tools and project needs evolve.
