Requirements
- Current licensure as a mental health provider (LPCC, LCSW, LMHC) in the state of California.
- Previous experience supervising clinicians, peers, or other mental health providers.
- Strong working knowledge of ACT, DBT, and CBT therapeutic modalities.
- Highly organized with excellent documentation skills.
- Tech-savvy and data-driven approach to clinical operations.
- Highly empathetic with a passion for youth mental health.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Somethings Peer Support Specialist Mentors during scheduled evening hours.
- Ensure the safety and clinical effectiveness of both Mentors and teen participants.
- Manage Mentors to ensure they meet professional expectations and role requirements.
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation for the Clinical Ops team.
- Provide regular health and performance updates to the Head of Clinical Ops.
- Provide additional clinical support to higher acuity teens as needed.
