- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency or ability to learn CRM, scheduling, and other business software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional, distraction-minimized home workspace.
Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, text, and other approved channels.
- Respond promptly to client questions, requests, concerns, and updates.
- Maintain accurate client records, appointments, and follow-up activities in company systems.
- Coordinate appointments, inspections, and project updates for client-facing activities.
- Proactively follow up with clients to clarify project status, next steps, and expectations.
- Identify potential client concerns early and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them.
- Document important interactions and maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
