Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in pricing operations, finance, or commercial operations.
- Demonstrated experience executing pricing initiatives and working with Sales teams.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in pricing data and master data processes.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in data analysis and automation.
- Experience with Power BI or comparable data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under established timelines.
- Approximately 10% travel expected.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain global list prices across a broad product and service portfolio.
- Oversee day-to-day pricing operations within SAP and CRM systems.
- Coordinate price updates and investigate discrepancies with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Provide specialist guidance to regional stakeholders on pricing processes and data quality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for pricing operations across the APAC region.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and government pricing regulations.
- Drive process optimization and automation to improve pricing accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze pricing data to develop reports and dashboards for strategic decision-making.
