Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup and conditional formulas, data validation, and basic financial modeling.
- Experience working with large datasets and consolidating information from multiple sources.
- Practical experience with Power BI, Tableau, or another data-visualization platform.
- Familiarity with Power Query, SQL, or similar data-transformation and querying tools.
- Basic understanding of revenue, costs, margins, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify inconsistencies.
- Ability to organize work effectively, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT is beneficial.
- Exposure to Python, DAX, or VBA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pricing models, quotations, rate cards, and client proposals including Time and Materials, Fixed Price, and volume-based models.
- Reconcile pricing inputs such as headcount, compensation, utilization, expenses, and delivery location assumptions.
- Perform sensitivity, revenue, cost, and margin analyses to assess business impacts.
- Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive summaries using Power BI or Tableau.
- Automate recurring reporting and data-processing activities using Excel, Power Query, or SQL.
- Support financial reporting covering budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and HR to collect information and resolve discrepancies.
