Job Details

3–5 years of professional experience in clinical site budget development or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with GrantPlan, Grant Manager, or comparable clinical study budgeting tools.
Experience using industry benchmarking databases for fair market value assessments.
Degree-level education in biological sciences, pharmacy, health-related discipline, or equivalent clinical qualification.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong client focus with the ability to provide informed guidance.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with standard business and eClinical systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to work effectively within a virtual, cross-functional, and geographically distributed team.

Prepare accurate and competitive clinical study grant estimates for Phases I–IV using clinical study pricing tools.
Collaborate with proposal teams to develop competitive budget concepts aligned with RFP requirements.
Act as a subject matter expert for the creation, revision, and approval of clinical study grants.
Partner with site contracts leaders, project directors, and stakeholders on grant development and post-award analyses.
Participate in strategy sessions and budget reviews to identify client needs and assess market benchmarks.
Ensure grant information and analyses comply with Fair Market Value principles and healthcare regulations.
Monitor grant performance, identify issues, and support resolution activities.
Contribute to departmental training plans and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Maintain knowledge of ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practices, and regulatory requirements.
