Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 5–10 years of experience in software project management, program management, or engagement management.
- At least 5 years of experience managing external client relationships and expectations.
- Expert knowledge of automotive retail solutions and dealership operations.
- Experience navigating complex business environments and resolving operational challenges.
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, organization, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Visio.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify account growth opportunities.
- Experience working with automotive manufacturer dealer programs (preferred).
- PMP or other relevant industry certification (plus).
Responsibilities
- Manage strategic OEM business relationships to ensure program service delivery.
- Lead client-facing engagements, including quarterly business reviews and weekly program meetings.
- Partner on financial modeling, forecasting, and monthly or annual financial deliverables.
- Coordinate the approval of program invoices and act as an escalation point for billing, systems, and legal issues.
- Support negotiations regarding project resources, deliverables, and costs.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing OEM relationships and facilitate executive-level discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, product, technology, and operations.
- Oversee contract renewals and develop field sales resources and program documentation.
- Partner with product teams on feature development, prioritization, and defect resolution.
- Lead the development and execution of statements of work and change requests.
