Job Details

7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience with multi-unit or regional responsibility.
Proven track record of growing multi-market revenue portfolios.
Experience improving or turning around underperforming sales territories or teams.
Experience leading sales organizations within M&A or post-acquisition environments.
Advanced understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM systems.
Proven ability to recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent.
Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate across various audiences.
High emotional intelligence and ability to lead through data.
Ability to travel approximately 50–75% throughout the region based on business needs.
Experience in direct-to-consumer healthcare, elective medicine, or cosmetic surgery is highly preferred.

Own regional sales performance and revenue attainment with accountability for monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Develop and execute comprehensive regional strategies to accelerate growth and maximize market opportunity.
Identify underperforming markets and implement structured 30-, 60-, and 90-day turnaround plans.
Evaluate center-level performance and provide actionable reporting on KPIs, risks, and recovery plans.
Build, coach, and retain a high-performing regional sales organization including recruitment and training.
Maintain a presence in centers to observe consultations and provide direct coaching on sales execution.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Clinical leadership to align sales demand with capacity.
