- 4+ years in a healthcare client-facing role with progressive experience.
- 4+ years of experience leading complex projects.
- Professional experience in Risk Adjustment and Quality of Care.
- Strong skills in project performance analysis.
- Strategic PowerPoint deck building skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Experience organizing, analyzing, and presenting data.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong grammar and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work with significant independence and minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel during the week.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor and directly lead or support client relationships, engagement, and implementation delivery.
- Identify and develop partnership opportunities and document client requirements and success criteria.
- Develop and execute detailed on-boarding and implementation plans including risk identification and mitigation.
- Build PowerPoint decks for client presentations such as QBRs, kick-offs, and status meetings.
- Facilitate joint client-Vatica Health leadership committees to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
- Forecast and track key account metrics including visit activity, provider adoption, and sales stats.
- Lead matrixed teams comprising internal staff, client stakeholders, and vendor partners.
- Deliver client training on Vatica Health tools, processes, and reports.
- Support operational and financial plans while maintaining forecasts.
- Design and develop best practices in client engagement to deliver an industry-leading experience.
